• Actual bunker supply arrangements, including nominated product, quantity, delivery window, delivery location, pricing basis and applicable documentation, shall be governed by the relevant commercial confirmation or supply agreement.

4. Product Quality and Compliance

• Marine fuel supplied by Bharat Chemical is handled in accordance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements, including relevant provisions of MARPOL Annex VI and applicable fuel-quality standards.
• Product quality, sampling, testing, documentation and acceptance requirements for an individual bunker stem shall be determined in accordance with the applicable contractual and regulatory framework.
• Where certificates, laboratory reports or other technical documentation are applicable to a particular supply, these shall be governed by the terms agreed for that transaction.

5. Trading and Procurement

• Bharat Chemical undertakes marine fuel trading and industrial procurement through its established supplier and commercial network. Its trading portfolio includes marine fuels, lubricants and industrial products.
• Trading enquiries are subject to product availability, supplier confirmation, prevailing market conditions, logistics and mutually agreed commercial terms.
• Information regarding market prices or product availability should not be interpreted as a guaranteed price or supply position unless confirmed by Bharat Chemical.

6. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

• Submission of an enquiry through the website does not constitute an order or create a contractual obligation on Bharat Chemical.
• Following an enquiry, Bharat Chemical may request additional information relating to the vessel, port, required fuel grade, quantity, delivery window, commercial requirements or other relevant operational parameters before issuing a quotation.

• Any delivery schedule communicated during preliminary discussions remains subject to operational confirmation.

8. Storage and Logistics Infrastructure

• Bharat Chemical’s supply operations are supported by storage and logistics infrastructure, including its private bonded storage terminal in the Kandla SEZ, bunker barges and road tanker wagons.
• The availability and use of any particular storage facility, vessel, barge, transportation resource or delivery arrangement shall depend on operational requirements and the terms applicable to the relevant transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property appearing on the Bharat Chemical website, including trademarks, logos, written content, photographs, graphics, technical material, documents and other proprietary content, remains the property of Bharat Chemical or its respective licensors.
